The Jackal hath landeth . . .i† rises from within . ..

Perfect Entropy Productions releases the debut solo EP “Re†urn of the Jackal” from ReVerse Bullets audiovisual artist Klaas von Karlos. The EP is a six-song set of dark dub – industrial noise-funk electronic music. Songs include: H. Sandy, Nü Flesh Sonntag, Gezi Park, Beast Wars, Hustler Solitaire, and The Geek Runs the Circus.

“Return of the Jackal” is not, however, a follow-up to ReVerse Bullets' 2012 A/V album, “Drapetomania!” Rather it is the unveiling of a new parallel in the RvB continuity. “Drapetomania!” and its videosong releases garnered several screenings and performances at the Bideodrome Experimental Video Festival - Bilbao, Live Performers Meeting Roma, Re/Mix Media Festival NYC, and a nomination for Best Remix from the MashRome Festival. In 2013, Klaas von Karlos made two live solo apperances as ReVerse Bullets at the Live Performers – Meeting in Rome, Symbiotic Cube label compilation release party in Linz for Ars Electronica. and DYS Improv. Noise. Ambient Festival in Berlin. Karlos also performed the summer/fall several club shows in Berlin as a duo under he ReVerse Bullets moniker with Poland's VJ Panaaula.

A full-length ReVerse Bullets audiovsual album is in the early stages with antcipated release for late 2014. Personnel details have yet to be announced asside from original RB members Ædelfwulf on electronics/guitar and turntablist/producer Marcus.

“Re†urn of the Jackal” was written, produced, and recorded by Klaas von Karlos in Berlin, Deutschland, Brooklyn New York, and Queens, New York in 2013. The album was mastered by Alain Kronier at One Million Mangos in Berlin.

A remix album is rumored to follow in the Spring.  Details, including contributing producers, are expected to be announced by April.
